1.For 3D pet models, you will receive a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee.If you’re not happy with your pet statue for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it — we’ll process a refund, but we’ll deduct a 10% fee to cover the PayPal processing costs we can’t get back.
2.You can return an undamaged product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason.
3.The 30-day money-back guarantee expires 30 days after submitting a warranty claim. Refund requests for non-quality issues for items past this 30-day period will not be processed.
Quality issues
Submit a return request within 30days after receiving the item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service email within 30 days of receiving the item, providing details of the product issue and photos. once the return request is approved, please return the item within 30days.

Non-quality issues
Submit a return request within 15 days afterreceiving the item.
After submitting the request, please return the item to the address on the invoice within 15 days.
